This is the first of a series of letters I have written concerning an estate issue. I am trying to locate an attorney somewhere to take my case. I have estate money that has been denied to me, and this means that it is still sitting somewhere to be claimed. If you are interested in this case, please contact me at Preble Street Resource Center in Portland, Maine. I have had problems getting my messages, as it appears that there has been a serious attempt to back me up into a corner with no money, so I will die. The number there is 207 874 6560.
As far as I understand it, I had a few insurance policies through major insurance brokers, sufficient to provide for me for the rest of my life. I understand it that much or all of one of the insurance policies ended up in the pockets of the attorney who handled my mother’s estate when she died. His name is Gerry Kelly, in Oklahoma City.
I have consolidated several letters in those that I am sending you. I will be sending you seven letters in all. Together they should give you an idea of what is happening to me now in Portland, Maine, my struggle against the tortures, and what happened to me that brought me here. The first letter here is one that I wrote several months ago, when I first started making an effort to resolve this situation through the courts.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am looking for a personal injury attorney who would have experience in civil rights violations, attorney malpractice, and insurance malpractice. Right now, I have several cases to report to you, which are connected, but which may need to be dealt with separately.
I have found myself in a community that appears in a number of ways to be hostile to my presence, for no particular reason whatsoever, and that appears very capable of making efforts to destroy my life in a manner that can’t be easily discerned by the public.
I am going to die on the streets, or, even worse, fall into slavery, if I am not allowed to make money at this time to get out of this community. I believe I am being held hostage here.I believe I was sold down the river, so I wouldn’t receive the inheritance my father had set up for me, as he had set up for his whole family.
My father’s name was Wm. G. (Gilmore) Smith. My mother’s name was Jeanne Elizabeth Smith, maiden name Marable. My father died in 1993, and my mother in 1994. My father was a very well-respected attorney in Oklahoma City. He worked in the firm Fenton, Smith, Reneau, and Moon, and his specialty was products liability defense, which would have made him very friendly with the big insurance companies. I truly believe he left me some serious insurance policies. I saw nothing of these, except a small policy, which was apparently a compilation of several policies from General American, for around $52.95 a month for 17 years, with yearly clearance of interest in June, decreasing incrementally yearly from around $500.00. Even this ran out before its time, and I saw the last of these installments about three years ago. The problem is, I believe that both my sisters cashed in on a lot more than what I saw, as well as whatever holdings my dad owned in stocks, gas royalties, and savings. I know for a fact that shortly after my father died, my sister Billie, who was present in Oklahoma during the presumed clearance of the estate, took a month long vacation to Hawaii in November, 1993, and then the next summer another month in Cancun, Mexico. I have to believe these vacations were funded by the inheritance.
I don’t know how much was in the insurance policies I believe were coming to me. I wrote many times to insurance companies trying to find out if there was something in my father’s name, or in my name. I even sent out one of those searches, where one form goes to the top 50 insurance companies. Nobody seemed to know anything, except for one clerk at one of the savings and investment companies where my father did business, who told me that there were still active accounts in my father’s name. This was around 1996. This particular clerk seemed very keen on telling me that these accounts were still open, under my father’s name and social security number. This fact in itself was contrary to the procedure of clearance of the estate that I saw, which was through my mother’s attorney, where all the holdings went through her name as a joint owner of the accounts, and nothing had been left in my father’s name. This attorney’s name is Gerry Kelly, and works in the same office as my father used to, although he is not a part of the firm.
I have to believe that the appropriate procedure for insurance companies is to start an investigation on fraud, when someone inquires with the company why they never saw their policy. I suspect also that a person I was acquainted with in Burlington, VT, may have participated in the payout of some of the policy, and may have pretended to be me to pick up the check. Around 1996, after she and her family had acted like penny pinchers for several years, which I had assumed was their nature, she started talking about all these vacations the family was taking, and how they were now remodelling their home. Her husband had a fixed income as an engineer at IBM, and their spending before this time was always on a fairly strict budget.
I was terrorized out of my apartment in Burlington and onto the street in 1998, which, I believe, was for the very reason I have mentioned. Someone wanted my money, and wanted me dead.
There is something else. I suspect now that there was not only insurance policies and holdings, there was a major inheritance that I never even saw, which has now presumedly landed in a bank in Israel. I have been told that this could be millions. I don’t know this for a fact. I also suspect that at least originally, this money was under the name of the wife of a friend of mine, whom I worked with at a restaurant here in Portland, Maine, in 2002. She worked at the same restaurant for a short time. Some of the information actually came from her. This is all clandestine information, and I don’t even know if he would admit to anything of what he told me.
Undoubtedly, if there is big money involved here, someone is going to want to silence me permanently, or make me disappear completely. This is what I believe is happening with this situation now, with my effort to start up again to make money. I truly believe someone is going to make a very serious effort to ensure that I simply do not get on my feet, since I have been down for so long. I believe that they assumed that I was on my way out, and they want to make sure this happens.
I have a few other incidences to report, that are more closely related to my living situation as a homeless person, but which concern also this ongoing effort to permanently silence me. I will send this out to you in the next day or so. These are simple violations of civil rights in the shelter and homeless community. I will also be including letters that help clarify the struggle I am going through, and my efforts to bring attention to what is happening to me, and to others who are victims of the same terror.
I have included two letters I wrote over the last two years as requests for funding from the G8 summit. In these letters I describe more clearly what is happening to me, why I am requesting funding, and also some of the activities that I am engaged in that warrant funding from them. I have also included some letters I wrote to try and stop the development of a women’s shelter in this community, as this event was an act of aggression against victims of homelessness and oppression. In both the G8 letters and the letters about the new shelter, I described abuses and deceptions that you will probably want to know about for this lawsuit. Also included in these letters and in some of the other letters, are testimony I have gathered from witnesses about the abuses that I am writing about.
The people in this community are committing torture, which becomes especially deadly for people who may feel trapped here. I am already a victim of torture here, and I don’t want it to get any worse.

To Whom It May Concern,
I want to share some events here with you. I’m doing this to try and save my own life, and I’m going to need to talk about psychic activity and psychological terror.
As you probably know by now, I am a homeless person, something which was both of my choosing, but also not of my choosing. I consider myself, as well as any of the other hapless Gentiles in the homeless community here, a refugee of the terror that is destroying this nation. This shelter system here in Portland appears to be a place where the Gentiles can live for indefinite periods of time so to evade the rape and violences they have suffered in their efforts to survive in the community, violences that they can not talk about.
I don’t know if this particular shelter was deliberately set up to become a trap for the Gentiles such as myself, but this is what it has become. It has become a trap which is nearly impossible to get out of, unless you submit to Jewish captivity and tortures and a slave market and a torture chamber for these same Gentiles trapped here.
I am only vaguely aware of the fact that I have blackouts, during which I am being raped and tortured by Jewish operatives. I am, however, aware that this is happening, and I am very aware that the goal of these attacks is to break the spirit and to take the victim into captivity. I am aware of operations, and I am aware of many who are engaged in the operations here, and the methods they employ for their tortures.
I now try to protect myself from the night terror and rape at the shelter by putting chairs next to my mat, and anchoring them in such a manner so they can’t be moved away for the perpetrators to come near me, or at least the perpetrators would find it a bit more difficult to do so. Evidence of the night torture can be found in the fact that nearly every night I am kept awake burping, which is my physical response to people’s efforts to make me vomit involuntarily, which is one of the methods employed to intimidate the victim into submitting to them. This every night burping also attests to the fact that sleep deprivation is another of the covert tortures employed to break the Gentiles’ spirit to bring them into captivity. I burp nearly every night, and off and on during the days, and all burping is due to this covert effort to make me vomit in public, so to break me. The truth of what I am saying here lies primarily in the fact that I am able to say this at all, and talk about Jewish terror as I am doing.
I strongly suspect that I am being electric shocked, which instills a horrible sensation of chaos and desolation that can’t be shaken, and which, if it goes unchecked, when reinstigated by psychic occult methods, has the ability to drive a person insane with rage and violence, either against himself or others. It causes sensations of absolute despair and rage, both which are unaddressable because the tortures are conducted from the shadows, both through the manipulation of blackouts, as well as occult methods utilizing fornications and tortures.
The psychological torture that is happening here in Portland goes even deeper than this. This area has become a bona fide torture chamber, with the use of children in the torture of the adult targets. The children are not seen, although I have psychically seen and talked to a couple of them, and have sensed their presence off and on. These are children who will be tortured to death or will starve to death in the bunkers. These are Gentile children who are taken from their homes, with no capacity for the parents to do anything about it, who will be taken to dungeons to be tortured in this manner, to instill bizarre and desperate reactions in the targeted adult. This is a standard component of Jewish terror, and Jews are trained in this craft of the torture of children from day one. The police are paralyzed concerning the increasing desperation and terror that are happening here, and I understand it that they have asked – begged – the Pentagon to help them, with no response.
The mission here in Portland is to ensure that all Gentiles are brought under captivity by the Jews, in order for the Talmudic terror authority to be instilled here in its entirety. This is simply a sample, and a standard for what is happening nationwide and eventually worldwide. But it is happening here in Portland.
I am telling you this, because I wanted to tell you about some incidences in my own life, that make me feel that I truly now am in danger of being tortured to death, with no way out. I have sensed off and on for years, that there has been an effort to keep me from becoming financially independent, either through my own means, or even through the regular workforce. I have found myself in a condition of chronic underemployment, in which the targeted victim finds it impossible even to hold down a job sufficiently to get ahead, on account of the rapes and mindgames both in the workplace and outside of it. I have also found that I have been denied access to the marketplace, when I made efforts to start my own business. I have found several times that there has been a deliberate effort to block me from selling my artwork or from making money in any manner that would free me from the grips of the Jewish slave trade. I have found that my phone calls to my cell phone were actually routed away from my number, so potential customers couldn’t even reach me. I completely gave up on having a cell phone for this purpose, because I realized I was just wasting my money. I also gave up for awhile on making any efforts to sell my artwork because of this.
On top of what they did to my phone calls, I have also experienced ongoing efforts to discourage me from trying to make money in this manner at all, both through occult and covert methods such as psychological intimidation, insults, rapes, and occult shaming and rape threats.
In short, the Jews do not want me making any money outside of their control, because financial independence would make me strong enough to resist them and to stay away from becoming their captive. This would enable me to be a voice of truth against their oppression and abominations. The last thing they want is for the truth to come out about their covert operations. Understandably, also, if I am allowed to remain independent, this becomes a seed of resistance for all captivity who have been silenced, which could create an unstoppable force of defiance against the Israeli Talmudic terror authority.
I want to make an observation here. I have been knocked way down. Normal humans would understand my position as one to be improved, and would simply be happy to see me do better, especially if I could become financially independent. For the Jew, however, any gain in my well-being is seen as a loss for them, and when I am knocked down, the only desirable thing is to knock me all the way out.
You must think about the implications of this situation. The Jews don’t want me to do well, and will make efforts to keep me from making any money so I can have a better life. The prospect of my doing well bugs the hell out of them.
I have been thinking about starting back selling my artwork, and I have noticed immediately that there has been a very tense, negative response simply to my making plans to start selling again. They don’t want me to do well.
I am out of time. I had more to say here. I just wanted to add this, please consider the implications of a nation not wanting to see any other people do well for themselves. Think about the implications this has for a people that has been knocked low, such as the Palestinians. What does this tell you about what their plans are for Palestine, not to mention this nation and the rest of the world?
I am offering to you here a glimpse into an aspect of the Jewish terror that may not be so obvious by their behavior. I am offering here, through the events that are happening to me at this time, a micro version of the truth about Israel and their motives in Palestine and elsewhere.
I am also trying to find anyway possible to clear the way so I can work my way out of this mess, without the Jews torturing me to death to keep me from getting away from them.

Dear Sirs,
I wanted to add two more pieces of information concerning this whole event surrounding my father’s estate. The first incident concerns the eviction proceedings I went through in Burlington, Vermont, before I lost my apartment. I had stopped paying rent, because of the terror and harassment I had been suffering, which appeared to be aimed at intimidating me out of finding work, or of pursuing my carreer as an artist. Someone was attacking my cat and making him vomit horrible things, such as bizarre wads with worms inside. Someone was also attacking me, breaking things, ruining food, and stealing items from my files. The violences were sufficient to bring me to choose not to fight what was happening, but just to do what was in front of me and see what happened. Nobody was talking about anything that was happening. I had even faxed the FBI about the incidences, and nobody did anything.
Before the eviction hearing, I put together a brief describing the incidences I had suffered, including information about my parents and the estate, and evidence of gross negligence on the part of my landlord, which could throw suspicion on him and show that he very possibly could be participating in these break-ins, or at least aiding in them. I even had included photographs with evidence of gross negligence, as well as the effort to cover up violations of city ordinances, such as one concerning ventilation in kitchen areas, which led to the accumulation of soot marks on the ceiling panel above my stove, which the landlord moved at the appropriate time, so the sooted panel was in an obsure area of the ceiling, and the panel above the stove appeared clean.
My final argument was that there was very good reason to believe there was foul play involved in what was happening, that it was on account of the estate fraud, and that I had the right to bring the case to a full trial, so I could have some time putting the evidence of my case together. At the hearing, the judge would not allow me to read anything that I had written, but expected me to stand there and make my case orally in about five minutes. Of course, I could only do as well as I could, which was not sufficient for anything. At the same time, she confessed that she had never even seen the brief I had filed, and only saw it when they put in in front of her during the hearing. In other words, she never read my argument, and she found against me, and gave me thirty days to get out. She also insulted me, insinuating that I had a mental illness. The brief had been filed in plenty of time for her to have seen it before the trial.
This incident is just one more of many surrounding this insurance situation, and the effort to put me out of commission forever, so I would never see that money.
The second piece of information I wanted to include here, is the fact that just recently someone told me that money that had been allocated to me by the U.N. emergency relief fund was pocketed by one of the higher-ups, so I never saw it. I had written the U.N. several times, stating my case about how I was being tortured here in Portland, and requesting a grant for relocation to another area so I could get on my feet. Apparently, my request was approved, but, again, I never saw the money. I have to tell you that at this time, this information is only heresay, but I believe that it is probably true and worth looking into.
Both of these incidences, again, must show you the seriousness of this case, and the immensity of the effort someone is making to keep me from getting on my feet and avoiding death and captivity.

Below you will find a letter I am sending to Portland Mayor Jim Cohen, Portland City Council, and others, concerning the decision to open up a new women’s shelter here. This shelter would be both unhealthy and extremely unsafe. I have made my argument below, concerning the danger of this new shelter.
If there is anything you can do to stop the opening of this new shelter, it would be greatly appreciated. Ultimately, I would like to see a court injunction against the shelter, and an inquiry into the motives behind it, and the possible embezzlement of city and federal funds for the project.

Honorable Mayor Cohen,
I am requesting that you seriously reconsider your decision to begin a brand new women’s shelter. You will be putting the women who move there into jeapordy. We will be targets for the thugs who are terrorizing this community. There is no real need for a women’s shelter in this community, and funds would be much better spent if you would just use money for overflow space for the men, if it ever becomes necessary. I believe that the funds for this project have been illegally procured, and the motives behind this new shelter are of criminal intent.
At Preble Street, we will be isolated as females. We will also be isolated from any staff outside of those who are assigned to work at Preble Street, so there will be no system of accountability with other staff and supervisors. The best choice for all concerned would be to allow the women to stay at Oxford Street Shelter as they have been, where there are men around, more staff, and male staff, whose presence will naturally put a curb on any violence that erupts.
If there is any overcrowding, all that needs to be done is expand the women’s space to the first floor and the dayroom. This was the practice several years ago when there were a lot of women and when the shelter was under the directorship of Peter Murdoch. Everyone was fine with this arrangement. Money would be much better spent doing this, than opening up a dangerous and unhealthy shelter, where the women would be segregated from the men in this manner.
This is a violent community, and the people who are behind this move for the women are at the center of the violence. These women are not just thugs, they are known to have committed murder and rape. The local authorities are unwilling to take any action against them.
The police department knows how violent these people are, who are behind this move to isolate the women in this way. Staff knows how violent the people are, because these people have stayed many times over the years at the shelter. And both the staff, and the director, and the police department know that these same violent women are behind this move over to Preble Street. Simply not taking into consideration the danger involved in this move shows criminal negligence on the part of the shelter administration.
There is no reason to set-up a different shelter for the women. There are no special “women’s issues” that need to be addressed in this way, or any way. The “women’s issues” concept is a fabrication to segregate the genders and to create a culture of homosexuality and same-sex identity. Gender segregation is very unhealthy. The real danger that women need to watch out for is women raping other women, and this is what we are going to walk right into if we are moved over there and isolated in this way. Men raping women is very little danger compared to homosexual rape. The danger of men raping women in this community is non-existent. Apparently, however, for at least some of the staff who will be working at this new shelter, homosexual rape is fine – it’s the men we need to be looking out for. Homosexual rape leads to slavery, which is the ultimate goal of the thugs.
This isolation of the women is only one of the problems. Neither Oxford Street staff, nor Preble Street staff, have a great track record of being concerned about keeping a curb on violence, nor of attempting to handle the overcrowding in a healthier and more appropriate manner.
Neither Preble Street staff nor Oxford Street staff has made much of an effort to move out in an expedient manner people who are getting government subsidy checks, a fact which has been one of the main reasons for the over crowding in the first place. A large number of people at the shelter receive monthly subsidy checks, which they promptly spend on motel rooms and drugs, returning to the shelter after their money is gone. This is an event all have been witness to at the first of every month, when suddenly the numbers at the shelter and soup kitchen drop lower than normal. Instead of dealing more appropriately with this issue, the shelter staff has allowed the numbers to swell, precipitating an artificial crisis to demand even more money from the city to separate out the women, and put them at the mercy of the violent ones.
Negligence in accountability can already be seen on the part of Preble Street staff, in their refusal to invite the Portland Police to have a squad car present in the evening during supper. The presence of the police at the Oxford Street Shelter has become standard during the evening hours, and it seems to have worked well in keeping down loudness and violence. At the soup kitchen there have been a number of fights, and people have been wounded over there during this time. One woman was dragged across the street on her face during a fight, and her arm was broken. Nearly every night there is a huge crowd of young people and thugs gathered to sell drugs and harass. Even the soup kitchen staff requested a patrol man for this very reason, but the Preble Street staff refused to do it, claiming a police presence would violate the people’s “individual rights”.
What kind of attitude does this display, for the very people who are assuming responsibility for a woman’s shelter?
A woman named Amanda, a Preble Street staff, will be one of the new shelter staff . Amanda was present in the soup kitchen one morning when a man threw a knife at my back, and I yelled and yelled, and nobody did anything to address what had happened. I have no doubt that I yelled loud enough for her to hear. Nothing was done until someone else got into it with the man, and then the staff came over to stop the fight. I confronted Amanda a little bit later, and she made an expression of false remorse, and told me she was sorry about what had happened. She obviously knew, and didn’t do anything about it.
What is Amanda going to do at the new shelter to keep the residents safe?
We also have a few staff who seem to be wanting to be deceptive about this new shelter. One staff person, named Pat, apparently is not telling people that she is going to be a part of the new shelter, although according to sources, she is planning to be a part of it.
Pat has already displayed an extremely bad record in her behavior with the shelter residents. Although Pat apparently is denying that she is planning to be staff at the new shelter, I understand it that a few people at Preble Street, and maybe one at Oxford Street, can confirm what I have said. This effort to obscure her intentions raises suspicion from the start. Pat has shown very little accountabiltiy or integrity regarding the welfare of the shelter clients. I have a few stories below illustrating Pat’s lack of accountability.
About a year ago, Pat falsely accused me of being a part of an incident that never happened, which put me out of the shelter for six nights. She even made up details of the incident, saying I said things, and even describing the quality of the words. I told her and Josh repeatedly that I didn’t do any such thing, and told Josh she was lying. Josh and Pat tried to keep me even from getting witnesses to come to my defense, and told me that I couldn’t even leave Josh’s office or go into the dorm, until I had signed a note that essentially implicated me in the incident. Instead of signing anything, I ended up just leaving and spending a night on the street with nowhere to go. The next few nights I spent in a drunk shelter, only because they had enough room at that particular time.
Even after it had become increasingly apparent that not only had I not been involved in any incident, there had not even been an incident, Josh refused to back down, and refused to stop accusing me of having been involved in something. There was no reprimand for Pat, even for lying to the supervisor, and she was right back on duty several nights later, as usual. Josh’s reason for not backing down was that Pat was a staff person, and so he believed her story instead of mine, even when the principal person was saying it didn’t happen, and the circumstances made it very apparent that the event couldn’t have happened.
How safe would I be, with Pat as staff in such an isolated place as Preble Street? Also, what kind of intentions and integrity is Josh displaying in such criminal negligence, in refusing to back down in a lie, to the point of putting someone out on the street with nowhere to go? This kind of behavior they displayed in this incident is insane, yet these people are behind this move to open up a segregated women’s shelter.
I have several more stories below concerning Josh and Pat, that display malice and their lack of accountability regarding the welfare of clients.
About a year and a half ago, Pat and Josh helped to instigate a capricious rule that we couldn’t use our own personal blankets on the mats. This was a totally unnecessary rule that came out of the clear blue. They created this rule exactly a day after one of the female residents looked at my blankets one evening, and asked me why I needed so many. I told her if my legs got cold, they started hurting from poor circulation. The next night staff made the announcement that we couldn’t have our own blankets, effective immediately. They claimed personal blankets were a health concern. On top of this, we were to be allowed only a few blankets each. Thankfully, I made a loud enough complaint, and was still able to get as many blankets as I needed to keep my legs warm. Otherwise, the blankets they were going to allow us would have been very insufficient, and I would have ended up with sharp pains in my legs.
This event is one of a number that have shown the willful cruelty on the part of the staff, and their acquiescence to the demands of specific clients. Pat would have no capacity to say no to the people of violence, if they decide to take it upon themselves to start roughing up the women over there, which I’m sure they are planning to do. In fact, I truly believe that Pat would be a willing cooperator in whatever violences are planned for.
The staff also has shown an unwillingness to respect orders from higher ups, which is an endangerment to the clients. One example of this, can also be seen in the events surrounding the bogus “no personal blankets” rule. The rule that was handed-down after the personal blankets were removed, and after I made a complaint about it, was that everyone had the right to have as many shelter blankets as they needed. This rule was spoken outloud. On their own whim, the staff suddenly transformed this mandate into a new rule that people could only get a maximum of three blankets, unless they got a doctor’s note and had talked to Josh, explaining why they needed more. This was not the rule handed down from the higher office.
I personally have been harassed a couple of times about the extra blankets I need every night. In total disregard of the real mandate, one evening, one of the supervisors simply refused to allow me the amount I normally used, claiming that it was written down somewhere I could only have five. He even pulled a fake document proving that he was right. More recently, another staff member got huffy when I woke up with my legs cold, and found that two blankets had been pulled off me somehow, and I requested more. Eventually he got the extra blankets, but he was rude about it. There is always the the danger that my allowance will suddenly be removed, and I highly suspect this is going to be one of the first changes over at the new shelter.
Two other incidents illustrating this problem of capricious decisions and malice happened recently with the only shower the women have down in the dayroom. This particular shower also happens to be handicapped accessible. There was an initial incident with the shower when a handicapped woman staying there demanded to be let in when I was in there. Even though I was still getting dressed, Pat took it upon herself to unlock the door and force it open, demanding that I leave immediately so the handicapped woman could use the bathroom. This occurred in spite of the fact that this was the only accessible shower the women had for most of our time there.
That very same morning, within just a few minutes after this first incident, Dennis, a shelter supervisor, said a few words about restricting that particular shower altogether except to the people with handicaps. The access we are allowed to the other showers is extremely inadequate, as our time allowed cuts into our arriving in the evening and setting up, and our getting ready to leave in the morning. Most people don’t even use them. Threatening to restrict that shower shows cruelty and ignorance.
After this first rude incident, it was agreed among the staff and spoken outloud to the people in the dayroom, that the established rule was to be first come first serve for the bathroom, even when it concerned the woman in the wheelchair. This was announced by a part time staff person named Cathy. She said this several times, so everyone could hear. Shortly after this rule had been already determined, I was nervous about Pat barging in again and I wanted to clarify the situation with Josh. Immediately, instead of simply complying with what had already been agreed on, he took it upon himself to make a new rule, saying each situation was at his discretion, and the discretion of the staff. He wouldn’t even discuss the fact that the staff had already agreed on the other rule. In this way he left it permanently open for the staff to repeat exactly the same event that had happened with Pat, nullifying what had already been agreed on at a staff meeting.
The situation with the shower did happen again with another resident named Elizabeth. Even though the rule had already been agreed on, Pat did the same thing with Elizabeth when she was in the shower that she had done with me. This time, however, Pat forced Elizabeth to come out before she had even finished dressing. Shortly afterward, outside, Elizabeth had a siezure and was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
There is another handicapped bathroom on the other side of the building, as well as a ramp, but this wasn’t taken into consideration by the staff for this particular woman, apparently again due to Josh’s desire to constrict the women’s sleeping arrangement as much as possible. Even when women were using the laundryroom, a situation allowing immediate access to the bathroom for the woman in the wheelchair, this woman stayed in the dayroom, putting unnecessary demands of the limited facilities.
This inability to respect common decency, on top of the inability to resolve issues such as access to showers, in a more reasonable manner than pulling people out of showers and threatening to shut down the only shower we had access to for most of the time, shows the incompetence on the part of of staff to handle in a reasonable manner even simple problems, much less the more serious problems of the presence and danger of the violent people in the Portland area, who are threatening to move in on the women’s shelter at Preble Street.
There was also ongoing favoritism between staff and clients, allowing certain clients special access to facilities, and favoritism in sleeping arrangements. While most of the women were forced to sleep in sequence on the first floor dorm, and for much of the time squeezed much too close together, some of the residents were allowed to sleep apart from this arrangement, with much more space and privacy. Some claimed this right for “religious reasons”. Neither Pat nor Josh would discuss their reason for allowing this, claiming that it was at their discretion what to do with each client.
There was also ongoing refusal on the part of the staff to discipline certain of the clients who were chronically unruly, a situation that created fearfulness and stress into the early morning. These same residents would carry the issue of who was complaining about them out onto the street and intimidate the residents even further, to try and silence them. There has been no system of reprimand for those clients who intimidated other clients off of the shelter grounds. Some shelter residents have been beaten up once off the shelter grounds, for some disagreement that started inside the shelter. The staff claimed it was out of their hands, showing willful negligence and intent to inflict harm. Certain residents have also been favored during disagreements with other residents, to the point of criminal endangerment.
Below I will offer still another story of criminal negligence and criminal endangerment on the part of staff, which illustrates the seriousness of their irresponsibility in making appropriate decisions for the well-being of the clients.
A year ago, a group of girls took up residence at the shelter, seemingly with the intention to harass the residents with noise, belligerence, and eventually violence. Each night they made noise until midnight or later. The staff refused to reprimand them. It became apparent that other residents were intimidated by these girls, as the residents who have been assertive at other times kept very quiet and refused to complain while the girls kept making noise. I complained a few times, but I noticed the staff did very little to quiet them down.
The girls would play little games with the staff, denying they were talking or making noise. They would stay quiet for a minute after staff had come in, and then start up again. I was the only person in the dorm who was willing to complain about them, and they were playing games with me. The situation made it difficult for me, as I was forced to keep getting up to get staff while everyone else stayed silent. On top of this, at least one of these women was harassing me outside of the shelter about the fact that I complained about the noise makers, calling me names and threatening me.
I figured out fairly quickly that this tactic was aimed at discouraging and intimidating anyone from making any complaint at all against them. It had to be assumed that the goal here was to incrementally bring in more serious aggressions, and eventually even violence and death, while everyone had been intimidated into silence, and no staff could do anything to stop it. This was obviously a professional job with maneuvers such as this.
Other people who make noise and get complaints brought to staff will normally get a warning, and then be told either to leave for an hour, or for the night. This simply was not done with these girls. During this time, we even had one staff person approve of the women in their noisemaking, and then tell me that they had the right to make noise. This, of course, worked to discourage complaints. For this particular staff, named Christina, I became the bad guy for complaining. We had another staff, a woman named Jo, encouraging the girls to stay up late and talk, telling them she liked doing the same thing.
Eventually, after a couple of more serious incidents, one or two of the staff took it upon themselves to try to separate the girls, but this remedy would last maybe two days, and when different staff came on, the girls would be back together making noise. Never at any time were the girls threatened to be put out on the street, as other residents would have been. Nor was much, if anything, even written in the log about the problem, so there was never any record of prior incidents to refer back to in order to bring disciplinary action against them.
One time, when I tried to complain about the noise, one of the staff, Jason, talked down to me, and insulted me for complaining and trying to reason with him about disciplinary action. When I tried to talk to Josh about the problem, asking him why more action wasn’t being taken against these girls, he told me, again, as he had done with the capricious rulings, that each disciplinary action was discretionary, and was determined on the particular circumstances. As with the other capricious rulings, also, he refused to talk openly about what action he actually was taking to resolve the problem. He told me that, because the girls were young, they merited a more delicate form of disciplinary action, which, apparently, was no discipline at all, nor even having it be put on record what had happened. There appeared such collusion between these residents and the staff, that discipline simply was non-existent.
There was even a more serious event during this time. When I was in the shower one morning, some of these same girls, who had been up all night with their noise, started talking about going into the shower to hurt me. The seriousness of their talk caused enough alarm so that a couple of the residents took it upon themselves to go into the bathroom area and protect me. This threat of imminent violence against a resident was reported by one of the witnesses, apparently to three shelter staff. Normally a report like this would affect the immediate removal of the people involved. Nothing was even put on record about the threats, nor was any disciplinary action taken against any of the girls. They were right back the next night, making noise as they had been.
At this same time, someone wrote a bizarre grafitti on the bathroom door, alluding to rape and violence, and to my complaining about their noise.
Because of the stress of this ongoing threat of violence, one evening I finally lost my cool at the whole thing, and started screaming at the girls to shut up, and cursing at them. By that time I was exhausted and stressed out, because this had been going on night after night, and nobody was getting any sleep, and nobody was doing anything about the problem. I had asked one of the girls to be quiet. She had turned back to me and told me to shut up. I screamed at her. Finally, when I yelled at the top of my lungs, staff came running in, and said some things to the girls. The next night, one of the staff requested that I go to staff immediately if there was a problem, instead of taking it into my own hands. I don’t know what was finally put on the log about the girls, or about me. Nothing ever was really resolved about this situation. Eventually the girls just moved on.
Recently this same event threatened to start up all over again. Some girls showed up with belligerence and noisemaking, seemingly to test the staff on their disciplinary action. Again, no staff took it upon themselves to do much of anything when the girls started making noise. One staff made only a feeble effort to get them to be quiet after I had complained. The girls argued and said it was okay for them to be making noise, and the staff allowed it.
Just before the arrival of these girls, we even had staff take it upon themselves to make noise in the area where we were sleeping, and tell the residents that they were allowed to do this, even though it was keeping people up. This was the same attitude that precipitated the events of a year ago, and it felt to me that they were working to try and make a similar event happen that they had been trying for last year. I sensed again the threat of incremental harassment and violence, and staff was going to do nothing to stop it.
These same women who are proven troublemakers, are always hovering around this same community, ready to come back in at the drop of a hat. Many of them do, coming back in for a few nights to even a few months, many times making noise and some starting trouble, then disappearing again. The threat of their returning to bring violence is always present.
What is going to happen over there, with these clients of such obviously malicious intentions? The female staff that will be working there have such limited accountability, and bad track records.
Below, I will mention a few of the smaller incidents with Pat and Josh, to further illustrate their malicious intentions.
Pat and Josh were instrumental in forcing the women to sleep too close together on the mats, by putting the mats closer together, in violation of fire code and health code. They justified this move by claiming overcrowding, while Josh refused to find funds for overflow, so the men could be relocated and the sleeping arrangements could be improved for everyone.
In another capricious move, Pat removed the chairs we used to keep our bags next to the shower. In doing this, she forced the women to be more exposed when they dried off, because they couldn’t keep their clothes near them. I believe the anticipation was that the women would have to leave their bags and clothes in the hall, and so would have to walk nude from the hall to the showers, and back again. This is because the shower floor is a common floor with one drain, and so it all gets wet, and so bags left on the floor would get wet. She justified this move by claiming that the extra chairs in the shower area were a fire hazard. This rule came at the same time that the women were being squeezed together on mats two to four inches apart, which actually was a violation of the fire code, a fact that was completely disregarded by the shelter staff.
Josh was squeezing the women too close together in violation of health and fire codes, and at the same time he was refusing to open up the overflow, claiming budget constraints. Yet, during this same time he spent shelter funds on unnecessary and wasteful projects. He had an unnecessary handicapped door be put in the dayroom, whereas, before this time, people in wheelchairs had no problem coming in easily through the front door. Some people in wheelchairs still use the front door instead of the new electric door, as they find it easier to use. This new door cost thousands of dollars, while the women remained on mats crammed two to four inches apart in the dayroom.
Just last week, Josh took it upon himself to spend even more shelter money on brand new bathroom fixtures for the dayroom. I hear that these new units are costing the shelter thousands of dollars to install.
The shelter has invested in new computerized washers and driers, worth thousands of dollars, instead of standard washers and driers. Awhile back, we also had a strange acquisition of double-thickness mats, which happened after they removed the single-thickness mats. There had been a problem of people wanting two single mats instead of one, to make themselves more comfortable. The staff wouldn’t allow the doubling up of single mats. In a policy turn around, however, instead of simply changing this rule and allowing the doubling up of the single mats, the staff discarded all the single mats, and bought all new double mats, apparently spending thousands of dollars on them.
Then we had the acquisition of the new blankets that accompanied the bogus no personal blankets ruling. We also have the acquisition of brand new towels with the Oxford Street Shelter logo on it, which was done, apparently, in the attempt to curb the theft of towels. Instead of allowing the new towels to taper in when the old ones disappeared, they simply tossed out all the old towels and started over again with the brand new towels. These are just little details of absurd expenditures that I have noticed, displaying a surplus of funds, while Josh insisted there wasn’t sufficient funds to open up the overflow for the men.
For about two weeks, maybe less, the dayroom was a bit past capacity, while Josh still refused to open up the overflow. This situation then apparently precipitated this quest to open up a separate women’s shelter, as the announcement followed on the heels of the overcrowding. Now, suddenly we find there is ample funding to pay for this new women’s shelter.
What happened to the “budgetary constraints” that kept Josh from opening up overflow? Josh’s reasoning for this, is that the money came from a different source than that of the shelter, as it would be in the hands of Preble Street instead of Oxford Street. As I understand it, the money for the new shelter comes from exactly the same source as the shelter, and I understand that the funding for this project was quite generous.
It appears that this same money for the women’s shelter was easily accessible for overflow. It’s the same money. Why didn’t Josh just request funding for overflow, instead of waiting for some artificially created over-crowding of the women’s area, so to justify this separate and extremely dangerous new women’s shelter? If budget was such a serious issue, why was so much money spent on the handicapped door that wasn’t really needed, much less the new bathroom units, deluxe computerized washers and driers with electronic soap dispensers, brand new mats, brand new towels with logos, and who knows what else?
The willingness to spend shelter funds in such an exorbitant manner suggests a surplus of money available, while Josh refused to open up overflow, or allow the women more space in their sleeping arrangements.
The behavior of staff over the year shows there is criminal negligence and possible criminal intent behind this push for the new women’s shelter. At issue here in this move, is that it has been instigated in full knowledge of the presence of community thugs who murder in cold blood. At issue here, also, is that there has been a deliberate manipulation of events, including the abuse of spacing in the women’s area, and the cover-up of the facts about money sources and the reasons for the shelter. Criminal and irresponsible behavior is evident in the very staff who have pushed for this new shelter, and also who will be working over there. Evidence of malice is seen also in the misuse of shelter funds for worthless projects, while real needs of the clients are left unaddressed, so to bring on a situation that justified funding for this particular project.
Evidence of criminal negligence is also seen in Josh’s refusal to reprimand the staff person – Pat – who lied to his face, putting one of the residents in true jeapordy by putting the client out on the street for a night with nowhere to go. Other evidence includes the instigation of bogus, capricious rules to inflict distress and physical pain on the residents, rules that have no real justification. In addition to the capricious rules I mentioned above, there was the unnecessary overcrowding on the first floor for the women, and the rule that the shelter residents all had to sleep in sequence, instead of being able to spread out if the place wasn’t full. The staff again cited some bogus health reasons for this new ordering.
Apparently, this rule of seqential sleeping arrangements was more seriously enforced in the women’s dorm than the men’s.
Josh claimed the money source for the new shelter wasn’t Oxford Street Shelter’s money, but Preble Street’s, and so the issue was out of the hands of the shelter administration. As I understand it, in spite of Josh’s claim otherwise, he easily could have procured the same funds for the purpose of overflow, which he should have done a long time ago. There is absolutely no reason for Josh to obscure the source and control of the funding, unless there was something connected with this situation that he is trying to hide. For some reason, Josh made an extra effort not only not to allow the overflow for men to be set -up, so to force the issue of the women’s shelter, but also to obscure the intentions for its establishment.
Another shelter staff also tried to obscure the reason why a women’s shelter was set-up, instead of overflow. He said the on call staff were paid extra, and therefore would be more expensive overall. This simply isn’t true. This new shelter, if it is set-up, will cost much more than the opening of overflow.
This new shelter is unhealthy, unsafe, and unnecessary. In this community, with such a presence of violence and thugs, there are other much healthier options to deal with the problem of overcrowding in the shelter. First, as I have already mentioned, overflow for extra men could be established, and would require much less money than would this present project. Secondly, staff at Preble Street and Oxford Street could make a more serious effort to move out the people who have stable incomes, such as government subsidy checks. Third, if a new shelter is warranted, perhaps a second, smaller and quieter shelter for residents who are working at a stable job could be opened. Fourth, money could be invested in clean transitional rooming houses where residents could stay for awhile.
There are much more reasonable and comfortable ways to deal with the presumed overcrowding situation at Oxford Street shelter, than to isolate the women and put them at the mercy of violent people, and bad, unaccountable female staff working under the authority of Preble Street. I believe all the community would benefit greatly from a more appropriate solution to this situation.
In closing, I believe this situation is serious enough, and evidence of foul play is sufficiently present, that a court inquiry is warranted concerning the intent of the shelter in making this move, and the possiblity of embezzlement of city and Federal funds for this worthless project.
There should also be an inquiry into why the shelter allows their staff to lie point blank and falsely acccuse a resident of an incident that never happened, putting her at risk of physical harm, and nothing is done to reprimand that staff. Also, there should be an inquiry as to why reports of imminent violence were reported to three staff, and this wasn’t even noted in the log to deal with appropriately.
I am requesting that every effort be made to bring a court injunction against the establishment of this shelter, until these questions are resolved in an acceptable manner.

I wanted to share this with you also, because I sent it to Governor Baldacci and a good number of state offices, including state representatives, to try and put a stop to this effort to segregate the genders in this manner. I wanted you here to get an idea of how I have cried out for help in many places, to stop this terror that is happening here in Portland. I also wanted to give you more evidence of foul play in the homeless community here. My efforts to enlist help have been vaguely fruitful, but I am still trying, and I am still here.

Honorable Governor Baldacci,
This is another interview I have conducted with an Israeli operative here in Portland, Maine. The purpose of the interview, again, is both to serve witness to the real dangers of opening up this new women’s shelter here, as well as to serve witness to the clandestine operations and terror operating here in this community, and worldwide. Again, this interview was conducted in all earnestness, with another person who has been courageous enough to come forward with as much information as she could bring forth to help us bring a stop to this terrible catastrophe we are heading toward. Again, the interview was psychic, as in this kind of situation, all participants have been silenced from terror and this is the only manner in which information can be shared.
Denise is a youngish woman, bright, with brown hair, who invariably makes her presence known in the places she’s found. She has a loud voice and a commanding personality and a very hot temper. Over the years that I have known Denise, I have seen a very sincere attempt to try and overcome her compulsions to dominate, intimidate, and terrorize. When I first met her, she was absolutely intimidating and unapproachable. Now, she is willing to come forward to cooperate, and to share this part of her story. I am certain there will be more.
I wanted to note here a detail about the funding for this new shelter. As I understand it, the money for this shelter comes out of the monies that have been set aside for the running of Oxford Street Shelter. While the Oxford Street Shelter operates under the authority of the Department of Health and Human Services of Portland, Maine, and therefore is accountable to the City of Portland to the State of Maine, Preble Resources Center is considered a private organization, and is not accountable to government authorities such as the City of Portland. This means that public money will be used for the running of an institution that has limited or no accountabilty to the state. I don’t even think this is legal.
People’s lives are at stake. I would appreciate, again, that every effort be made not to allow this shelter to be established, and to allow the women and everyone concerned, to stay where they are at the Oxford Street Shelter. All that needs to be done is to open up the overflow for the surplus men, as they have done before. This new shelter is being established with criminal intent, and is threatening the lives and well-being of most of the residents who will be staying there.

D. Because we are supposed to learn them by heart.
S. Why?
D. Because they are real genuine mandates from the deep on how to conquer the Goyim.
S. How do you feel about these operations?
D. I can’t stand them.
S. Why do you hate them?
D. They are vicious and cruel and I don’t want to do this to anyone anymore.
S. What are you doing to people?
D. I am torturing children and adults to subdue the Gentle population in Portland.
S. How is the level of Israeli presence in this community compared to other American cities?
D. I Think it’s about the same overall.
S. Are there as many Israeli operatives in other American communities as there are here?
D. I don’t know how many there are.
S. I want to ask you a personal question – do you have blackouts?
D. Yes.

D. Sort of. I have gaps in my conscience, as we all do.
S. Do you have times when you think you might have done something you can’t remember?

S. Is this embarassing to talk about?
D. No. I can’t divulge anything about this.
S. Do you understand why we are doing this interview?
D. Sort of. It’s to keep the shelter from happening.
S. Anything else?
D. Sort of. You are trying to find flaws in the Israeli military operations so to mess them up.
S. How many Israeli military have blackouts – could you give me an estimate?
D. Probably all have some sort of problem with memory losses.
S. I have blackouts, but they are seamed together, so the blackouts themselves do not feel like a pathology, but a condition that could clear. What kind of blackouts do Jews tend to have in comparison to this?
D. I think it’s worse for us overall.
S. How so?
D. We tend not to remember details of certain events that others seem to remember easily.
S. Do events tend to sit in the shadows in your memory?
D. Yup.
S. How much of the time.
D. Most of the time they sit in partial obscurity.
S. How did you do in school?
D. I made straight A’s – I got tweaked most or all of the time, so I knew the right answers to give on tests and essays, term papers I did with somone who knew what they were doing.
S. What did you major in?
D. Education.
S. Primary or secondary?
D. Both. I wanted to teach second and first grades.
S. Why this age?
D. Because they are sweet and it’s fun to train the first graders in basic courses.
S. What do you know about the electric shock?
D. I know they are trying to break down your brain with electric shock and rape and torture.
S. Who’s behind it?
D. Pat and a few others higher up.
S. How often are they doing this to me?
D. Maybe once a week, maybe more.
S. I sense that several people are engaged in this torture. Could you comment?
D. I can’t tell you.
S. Could you explain the the components of this torture I am talking about?
D. They use electric shock against the head – right at the base at the back of the head, and hold it there for a few seconds. then they deliver a second shock at the temple above the ear, then a third at the forehead between the eyes just above the brow.
S. How do they know to do this?
D. This is standard treatment for Goyim who don’t behave, for as long as I can remember.
S. Has anybody else been treated in this way.
D. No, not in the way they have done you. You stay strong, and we don’t know what to do wth you. That is what I wanted to tell you. You are strong as all get out, and I think you will get your wish to have this not happen.
S. Do you know what this torture feels like?
D. No. I want you to tell people how it feels in this interview.
This electric shock treatment creates in the brain a condition that tortures the mind, through occult means. It creates a feeling of extreme sadness, chaos, rage, and confusion. It is horrible, and at times it is nearly impossible to deflect, so that a person can even stabilize. It has only been by the grace of God that I have survived some of the attacks that have stemmed from this electric shock and rape. Every time someone attacks me with the curse stemming from the electric shock, I am running the risk of breaking down completely into insanity. It truly is torture, and it is happening now at the Oxford Street Shelter, with a threat of its increase at the separate women’s shelter.
S. Who else besides Pat is involved in this?
D. Shawna and a few others whose names I can’t mention.
S. Shawna apparently has done another strange torture on me that involves a frozen green thing that is disgusting. Could you comment?
D. I don’t want to divulge top secret information.
S. Does the green thing involve ingestion of a foul substance?
D. Absolutely, and then some. It involves putting the green thing inside the crotch to make it smell foul for days. That is why you have had trouble with odor at times.
S. Want does Shawna plan to do when I get over there?
D. She plans to kill you by raping you with barbed wire and a rock tied to a stick.
S. How many people has she raped and murdered in this way?
D. Many.
S. Do you anticipate an increase overall in violence, rape, and torture against the Gentile women once we get over there?
D. Yes. That was the plan from the beginnning, to wreak havoc on the Gentile women – and men here – by separating them out as you said, so there’s no accountability between the sexes. They are on their own, and this will encourage the thugs to come in to cause harm.
S. What do you understand about the plan to separate out the elderly men now?
D. The same thing. We think that you are correct in your assessment about what they are doing. It’s just like in Palestine, so they can single out the kingpin males who may be problems for the Israeli takeover.
S. Overall, would you say the women would be less safe in this new shelter?
D. I think not only is it more dangerous, it will be deadly for everyone concerned, male and female.S. I see the arrival of some of the women who had left, such as Shelly, and the red head from last year named Jess. Does this have to do wth the new shelter?
D. Yes. They are anticipating the shelter, and to move in on the straight females to tweak them when necessary, to subdue them for Yaweh.
S. Is Shawna looking forward to this move?
D. Absolutely. She commanded it and they obeyed orders.
S. Would it be easier for Shawna to attack over at this new facility, than at Oxford Street?
D. Yes. It would be much easier for her to come into Preble Street and attack the females.
S. Why?
D. Because they are in collusion.
S. Who?
D. Shawna and the staff. They will let her get away with murder over there.
S. How often has Shawna tortured me with the green thing?
D. A few times. It smells horrible and we complain about it, and she quits.
S. Who came up with the idea for the green thing?
D. She did. She made it up when she saw how bad things could get when she raped with a foul substance, and she came up with the most foul thing imaginable.

To Whom It May Concern,
I want to share with you an interview I conducted with someone, concerning this project of opening the new women’s shelter in Portland, Maine. This interview gives us a good idea of the potential for violence that is behind this new shelter. This was a psychic interview, as, given the subject matter, this is the best and really the only manner that people can serve witness to the unspoken shadow terror that is threatening all of us.
The woman I have interviewed here was a resident of the Oxford Street Shelter for a number of months, and has been acquainted with the community for several years. This interview was conducted with complete sincerity, with the intention of bringing the truth out about events that people have been too terrorized to talk about or to confront head on.
I am scared for my life concerning this new shelter, and I hope to bring to light in this letter, and others, why my feelings are well-grounded, and why they need to be taken with utmost seriousness by the City Council and the others who are responsible for the community and the homeless shelter.
I am hoping to have some more letters following, on this same subject.

Sh. I wanted to talk about this thing that is happening in the shelter. It has to do with you and what you are doing to the community at Preble Street.
S. What am I doing?
Sh. You are causing a rebellion among the Gentile slaves. They are getting angry at the Jews and their minions, and are acting up.
S. How so?
Sh. They are asking why they don’t get favors like the Jews.
S. What do they hope for in the change?
Sh. They are hoping to put it to an end, to silence you once and for all. They think they have you, and then you slip out of their hands and go beserk with the truth about the deep, and then they do it again, and you slip out again. this is why they set this up, to capture you once and for all.
S. How do they plan to do this?
Sh. By raping you just so, and making you into a lesbian, and then barfing you. This is what they want to set up over there.
S. What do you know about the electric shock?
Sh. I can’t divulge that information.
S. Do you know wht I am talking about?
Sh. I know a little about it. They are using a device about the size of your hand, and they place it against your forehead and it brings a shock to the brain.
S. How often does this happen?
Sh. Every few days they are doing something. Susan, they are planning to murder you over there at Preble Street. This is what I am supposed to tell you.
S. Who is telling you to say this?
Sh. He is – Tom, so you can relay it to the authoritities, City Hall, and Baldacci.
S. Who is Tom?
Sh. He is a Secret Service agent in charge of this area to keep the violence at a minimum.
S. Why doesn’t he make sure it doesn’t happen at all?
Sh. He can’t.
S. Why?
Sh. Becaue he can’t stop the Jews from attacking in this way.
S. How many people in authority at the shelter know what they are planning?
Sh. Most know that Shawna is driven to kill anyone who tries to take over her domain. This is all she has between her and insanity and death, and she will do anything to stop herself from going any further into hell.
S. How much of Shawna’s testimony is correct?
Sh. Most if not all is good. I can’t tell you everything because I don’t know it.
S. Could you describe Shawna and this issue about dominion a bit more?
Sh. She is insane. She is violent as all get out, and the only thing that keeps her intact is this idea that she has control over the homeless community here.
S. Could you talk about the violence she has engaged in?
Sh. She has a dog she has trained to rape children in nurseries and dayschool. Without warning they sniff at the crotches of the young girls and rapes them even with their clothes on.
S. How?
Sh. It’s hard to describe – the dog finds a way into the panties and dress and rapes them. They are screaming and crying and saying no, no, but she just laughs and tells them it’s fun.
S. Why don’t the parents do something?
Sh. They can’t, ’cause they have been silenced by the Jewish authority and can’t say anything.
S. How old are these children?
Sh. As young as eight months, one year, up to five, six, seven or eight.
S. What else does she do?
Sh. She tortures adults and children in dungeons, as she has described, and she murders people who get out of hand, such as yourself.
S. Can you estimate how many children she has murdered by torture and rape?Sh. Quite a few, maybe a few dozen, maybe fifty since I’ve been here, about 3 years.
S. How many adults has she murdered?
Sh. A few more, maybe sixty or seventy adults of all persuasions.
S. All here in Portland?
Sh. No, worldwide. She comes into a place to subdue it, and murders kingpins to keep them under wraps.
S. How do you know what she has done in other areas?
Sh. I am in charge of liasons between Israel and American slaves.
S. Does Tom know how violent Shawna is?
Sh. Yes, but he can’t do anything about it.
S. Does the police department know how violent she it?
Sh. Yes, but they have been subdued for Israel.
S. Does the police department know Shawna’s plans to kill me?
Sh. Yes, but they can’t do anything about it.
S. Why hasn’t Shawna murdered me before now?
Sh. I don’t know.
S. What difference does it make if the women are moved over to Preble Street?
Sh. It makes a big difference, in terms of who is in charge of the coming and going inside the building. The Preble Street people will be in charge over there, and they are not as concerned about what is happening to the clients. They are Jews and they mean business in their determination to kill Yaweh and her people.

S. Amanda was there last night to talk about this big move. I remember an incident maybe 10 months ago, when a man threw a knife at my back, and she didn’t do anything about it. Could you comment on this?
Sh. She’s a yid who is acting like a goy to get the goyim to trust her. She wants the same thing all the other yids want, which is to destroy the Kingdom of God and set-up hell on earth.
S. Is she planning to be one of the new evening staff there?

Dear Mr. Duranleau,
I want to relate to you another incident that happened to me at Oxford Street, directly concerning staff. I believe that this is connected with the noise problems in the dorm, which I have briefly reported to you earlier. I am still working on the more complete report of the noise issues to send to you.
I got railroaded out of the shelter last night, February 3, 2006, due to a false accusation against me by two of the staff at Oxford Street.
Before I was able to check in for the night, one of the staff took me aside and told me I was supposed to talk to Josh before I checked in. I believe it was Pat who told me I needed to wait. I waited in the laundry room until Josh came to get me. I went into the office with him. He told me that he wanted to talk to me about a particular incident that happened that morning. I assumed that he was meaning an incident in which I accidentally spilled some coffee creamer on a person’s clothes, and on a mat. I told Josh it was an accident, and that it was all taken care of.
Then Josh told me that this was not the incident he was talking about. He told me that one of the staff had informed him that I had verbally attacked one of the women this morning. He said some girls threatened to hit April, and threatened to do more to her later on. I told him that I didn’t do anything like that. He continued on, telling me I needed to sign a behavior contract. He said he was getting all the people who were suspected of being involved in the incident this morning to sign a behavior contract about verbal abuse. I told him I didn’t do anything, that I was not a part of any group of women who verbally attacked and threatened April.
I told Josh that whoever said that was lying. I asked him to make them come in and tell me this to my face. It was Pat. He brought her in. She looked straight at me and told me that I did this thing. She said she had never in her career heard so much venom from someone. She insisted several times that she was in the bathroom, and saw me and heard me say things to April.
I was shocked. She absolutely insisted several times. I asked Josh to get one of the other girls who were involved, to see if they would tell him I was or wasn’t a part of it. He refused. He said he wanted to work with each person separately. I asked him a few times to go ask someone who was present this morning. He refused. Yet, he insisted I sign a behavioral contract, and he said this was for all the people who had been involved in the incident. I told him I wasn’t a part of it, and that this wasn’t fair, because my signing the behavioral contract made an implicit acknowledgment that I was a part of the event this morning. If I refused to sign a behavioral contract, of course, I wouldn’t be able to sleep there. I went out of the room and into the dorm, and asked someone to verify that I didn’t do anything like that. There was no one in the room except for Gail, Ginny, Dianne, and maybe one other person. Dianne said she wasn’t there. Ginny didn’t say anything. Gail said she didn’t hear anything, meaning, I assume, that she didn’t hear me say anything of the sort.
Even though Gail had now testified on my behalf, Josh wouldn’t accept any kind of argument that I hadn’t done anything. If I didn’t sign the behavioral contract, I couldn’t stay there. Josh refused again to listen to reason, or to the fact that one person testified on my behalf. I asked him whether my past history held any weight, as he knew I normally was polite and relatively soft-spoken, and had never threatened anyone like that since I had been staying there at the shelter. At this point he said something about how this wasn’t a court of law, implying that standard rules of procedure and the presentation of evidence didn’t apply.
That was pretty much it – it was a lengthy argument, in which I told him I didn’t do anything, and he insisted that I had to sign the behavioral contract, as he wanted everyone involved to sign it. Did he have anyone else sign it, actually? Or was this exclusively for me? He insisted that each person was to be dealt with separately – he wouldn’t tell me who else was involved – and he insisted that since Pat was staff, so she must be the one telling the truth, in spite of the fact that Gail had said something on my behalf.
It needs to be noted, how many times I told Josh that I wasn’t involved, and that Pat was lying, and how many times Josh refused to budge on this position about my guilt and my needing to sign the contract. Josh refused to listen to reason, or give me any benefit of the doubt, nor was he willing to ask the other participants to verify what had happened. This impasse was the main part of the discussion, and the discussion lasted well over an hour. Josh refused to take what I said into consideration. I asked him several times to try and get ahold of April, wherever she was, and have her verify the facts.
It felt very unsafe signing that contract, especially in light of the other incidents that had been happening in the dorm and the homeless community. There seemed to be a group of thugs who have moved in, trying to bring terror to the people in the community, and I was a target, because I refused to back down to them. Signing a behavior contract would leave me defenseless against these people who are verbally vicious and aggressive, and whose attacks and threats of violence have been for the most part overlooked by staff. That is a very dangerous situation for me to be in.
I ended up staying out all night. I walked down to Maine Medical Hospital, because I heard I could sit somewhere and not be bothered. This was not the case. I found a place to sit, but I was kicked out after about an hour. I ended up walking back up to Monument Square and sitting for a couple of hours on one of the benches. At around four, I went down by the ferry, and sat there and dozed until five, when they unlocked the door. Then I dozed inside until eight. It was a difficult night. I was very sad and upset.
I left the ferry terminal at around 8:30, and showed up at Preble Street right at 9:00 a.m. Just as I was walking up to the building, April showed up from the soup kitchen. I caught her immediately, and had her verify that I wasn’t a part of the event of this morning. She appeared surprised when I told her I had been accused. I told her that Pat had accused me of being a part of the incident, and I told her about the behavior contract, and how I had stayed out all night. I had her go in with me to Preble Street, and tell them that I wasn’t a part of it. She did. I had one of the staff at Preble Street telephone over to the shelter, to settle the issue about the behavior contract, and the false accusation. The staff called and left a message at the shelter, to have someone call them and clear it up, and she also left a message with Donna, the Preble Street supervisor.
Before I went over to the shelter after lunch, I went up again to talk to the staff who had called and left the message at the shelter. She told me no one called her back. I went over to the shelter. When I went in, another staff person, Marion, stopped me at the door, and told me again that I couldn’t stay in the dayroom without signing the contract. I told her that I had been cleared, that April had talked to one of the staff at Preble Street, and that this woman had called and left a message at the shelter about the incident with April, and that I should be cleared.
Marion told me that the staff at Oxford Street don’t have access to Josh’s voice mail. She told me that they didn’t get any message on their own voice mail pertaining to this. I am certain that the woman at Preble Street left the message on the correct voice mail, and it was around three o’clock when I talked to Marion. Marion also told me that this was an issue that Josh needed to deal with, and he wouldn’t be there until Monday. I told her that the situation was crucial, as it concerned my having a place to stay, and this was Josh’s responsibility, whether or not he was present. I had to wait outside, while Marion called Josh. Marion came back outside, and told me that Josh called her back, and told her that regardless of who testified on my behalf, even though it was the central person in the incident, since Pat was staff, since Pat accused me of this, then this is how it was going to be.
Pat falsely accused me directly to my face, fabricating a complete story around an incident that seems dubious to begin with. Personally, I don’t remember any scuffle of any kind that morning, outside of the incident with the coffee creamer. I don’t remember that Pat went into the bathroom at any time that morning, for any reason. I also talked to the two apparent participants involved in the situation, and I got conflicting stories from both of them. Duncan told me there was a short angry argument with name calling between the April and the other woman, Duncan, and that was it. Duncan told me there was a larger argument between other girls and April, after the short outburst between the two of them, of which Duncan was not a part.
Josh refused to allow other witnesses to testify on my behalf, and refused to accept the testimony of a person who had spoken up. Because of this, I was forced either to sign a behavior contract, by implication confess to something I didn’t do, or I was forced to leave and find shelter elsewhere. Josh refused to allow me at least the benefit of the doubt, even after the key participant April, had testified on my behalf. Josh refused to take action to find out the truth of the incident, even after the Preble Street staff had called to talk to him about it. Marion even denied having received the message on their voice mail, although I heard the woman at Preble Street leave the message.
All this is criminal activity that put my life in jeapordy. This brought on a hardship Friday night, and put me in a situation where my life was in danger, because I had to sit out in the cold alone through the night.
Thankfully, Marion helped me to find shelter on Saturday night at the Milestone.
Unfortunately, they informed me at Milestone, that if someone who was intoxicated came in, and there wasn’t enough room, they would ask me to leave. This could have happened at any time during the night, and I would be back out on the street again.
This action on the part of Josh and Pat, was not only highly irresponsible, it was criminal, and I am reqesting that something be done about it. Both Josh and Pat are a danger to the shelter residents.

Dear Sirs,
This is one last incident at the homeless shelter I want to relate to you before I finish today. I looked through my letters, and either I haven’t looked far enough back, or I never wrote down the incident in its entirety. This is all from memory here.
This incident happened around December, 2005. At this time, the women were sleeping in the first floor dorm of the Oxford Street Shelter. There seemed to be a group of women, mostly young, in their twenties, who started showing up at the shelter. They seemed to be intent on making a lot of noise at night. The shelter staff didn’t seem interested in making them be quiet, and they would stay up until one or two in the morning, with little slumber parties and food.
It appeared to me that the rest of the clients were very reluctant to speak up about these women, because certain of the women stayed silent, when in other circumstances they would have complained. So, it was left to me. Although the staff was in the next room, and obviously could hear the noise, nothing was done. When people complained, for the most part these girls would turn around and insult the person who was complaining. When staff was told about it, they would come in, and the girls would either quiet down and then start back up, or they would tell the staff that they weren’t doing anything. Sometimes the staff would take their part, and would tell me, being the person complaining, that these girls had the right to stay up and talk all night if they wanted.
It became apparent that these younger girls were being managed by an older woman named Norma, who seemed to be the only older woman in this group, but who seemed to be taking their part in all the incidences. Norma was a scrapper, and would start insulting people who complained about the noise.
After a few nights of this ongoing slumber party, it became obvious that this was a professional job, with the intention of incrementing violences and aggressions until something very serious happened, with nobody able to do anything about it. I also felt that the aggressions were being directed ultimately against me. It appeared to me that the staff had been intimidated out of taking any significant action against these girls, or Norma.
There was one incident in this string of events, where one of the girls was making noise and using a flashlight. I complained about the noise, and when the staff came in, the girl denied doing anything, and said she was just reading with the flashlight. The next day, I was walking to the soup kitchen, and Norma and this girl were standing outside the door of the soup kitchen. As I was approaching, Norma started verbally threatening me, for my confrontation the night before about the noise, saying that I was starting trouble, and if I wanted trouble, she was going to make some.
At that time, the girl admitted to somebody about the fact that she had, indeed, been making noise. Yet Norma went on insisting that I was starting trouble because of the flashilight. The incident was so alarming that another person standing there wanted it reported, because it looked dangerously threatening of foul play and potential violence. I am reporting this small incident, just to give you the idea of the maneuvers I started sensing with this group of girls, aimed at silencing all protest against their aggressions. And I sensed a real danger of more and much worse aggression to come.
There was one evening during this event, when I totally lost my cool, and started screaming at these girls, because nobody was doing anything, and we were all being kept up until one or two or later, and not being allowed to sleep.
Although there were sufficient complaints against these girls, Josh didn’t do anything to reprimand them, or threaten to kick them out, which is standard policy for situations such as this. Not only were there no threats of recrimination, these events and complaints against the girls were not even being written down. I know, because I checked the log one evening, to see if anything had been written down about a particular incident, and nothing had.
There was one incident that was evidence of criminal intent. I used to get up around 5:30 a.m. I think on this particular morning, the slumber party had stayed up all night, and I don’t think I had gotten much sleep at all. The girls were still up at 5:30 a.m., and after I had gone into the shower, apparently they started talking about going in and roughing me up while I was in the shower. This caused enough alarm, apparently, with some of the residents, that at least one of them went into the shower room to make sure nothing happened.
Later, at least one of these residents who had overheard the girls, reported this threat to several of the staff, including Chris, Josh, and a woman named Christine who I don’t believe is still there. I believe these are the people this was reported to. The woman also reported this incident to me, and I relayed it also to Josh and to Jason. This may have been when I checked the log about reports on these girls, and found none.
Normally, when violence is threatened against a resident by another resident, that particular person is kicked out for good. Since the report came from a third person, it should have been expected that at least an inquiry should have been made to see what had happened.
Understandably, since I was not in the room when the threats were made, the threats were definitely real, and this should have given even more reason to follow through on an inquiry about the threats. Normally, in these circumstances, if the victim of the threat does not come forward, but the issue comes to the staff second hand, they will dismiss it as not significant. This is how violences and aggressions go by unaddressed, by this loophole in the system rules.
Nothing was done about this threat of imminent violence. Not only was nothing done, it was not even recorded in the log, as something on which to base future disciplinary actions against the girls.
Shortly after this threat of violence, maybe even the same day, I saw on the inside of the bathroom doors, a little poem that threatened rape, and was very degrading. I assumed it was against me: “Stop your bitchin”. The next line said, “Suck it up, buttercup”, and then it got worse from there: “Wash your shitty crotch too! Nobody wants to smell your dirty pussy.” On the mirror in the bathroom they wrote, “I smell fish”. The handwriting was unusual. The door was painted over either that day, or very soon afterward.
I came to realize later that this was most likely Norma’s handwriting, and I have seen similar messages in other places to people at large in the same handwriting. I saw the message recently in the public library on a toilet paper dispenser, saying “wipe your ass”. I have good reason to believe that Norma has serious issues with female crotches.
There is more to this incident, although what I have written is most of it. Another woman not a part of this group came in shortly after this group dispersed, and threatened somebody with violence. This particular woman was kicked out permanently, no questions asked.

Dear Sirs,
I am requesting that Germany consider offering its services as a neutral territory, where the issue of the torture that is occuring on American soil can be resolved. Undoubtedly, Israel and the Israeli occupied American government, will deny that any torture, slavery, or genocide are occuring here in the U.S., as in violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention. I am testifying that it is happening, and my life and my sanity are being threatened, even as I am writing this.
I am a victim of torture, with the aim of making me into a slave of Israel. Nobody in the American Government is acknowledging that this is happening. This places my life in jeapordy, not to mention the future of this country and the world. I have requested many times that somebody help me to do something about this, and I have witnessed many times about what was happening. Nobody has responded, and the tortures continue.
The Jews believe that they have the right and power to kill me, as well as all Gentiles, and nobody will have the nerve to do anything abot it. Essentially, I am an enemy of my own government, simply for the fact that I refuse to become a slave of the Jews.
I am requesting intervention by a neutral third party, according to the mandate of article 12 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, pertaining to the treatment of civilians in an occupied nation. I am requesting international intervention and aid, to bring an end to the crimes against humanity that are being committed on American soil.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am requesting funding from the G8 nations so I can get out of this community and travel, in order to witness to other people the events that have happened to me. I am a torture victim, of violences and torture that nobody seems willing to talk openly about. I am a victim of Israeli/Jewish terror.
I am currently living in a homeless shelter in Portland, Maine. The homeless shelter has become a refugee camp of sorts, a home for people in the New England area and elsewhere who are fleeing the shadow terror that has destroyed their lives and that threatens to kill them or enslave them. I am one of these refugees.
I lost my housing in Burlington, Vt., due to terror. People would break into my apartment and attack me and my pet cat. I would wake up at all times in the night, because my cat was vomiting up some bizarre substance. I have no doubt that sometimes they made me swallow the same thing that I saw the cat vomiting up. Although I have no clear memory of their presence, I would find myself burping up something that tasted like the worms. Objects were broken and stolen from my apartment, and my food was tainted. I was intimidated out of finding work, and eventually lost my housing.
I have a faint, partial memory of some people’s presence one night, and I have memory of specific things the cat vomited up, which could not have come from the apartment. A record of the eviction hearing and of my position can be found in the county courthouse in Burlington, if someone hasn’t tampered with the brief I filed on my behalf.
The judge didn’t even look at my brief, which I had submitted in plenty of time for the hearing, before declaring her opinion on the case.
I was railroaded into homelessness, as are so many others. The tortures that I will describe below became most obvious after my parents passed away, and when money from an inheritance and some insurance policies was coming to me.
I didn’t see the money, and I was unable to get to any information about what had happened. I tried calling various insurance companies, attorneys, and even a private dectective. Later, I found out that a good portion of the money had ended-up in a bank in Israel under someone else’s name. I heard also that a woman in Burlington was disguising herself as me, and had become a recipient of some of the money.
There is no way I could get to the money, or the bottom of what was happening to me. I doubt an attorney would dare to touch it, out of fear of reprisals.
I was terrorized out of a career and a home, and routed into Portland, Maine. Here, I have to assume that the expectation was that I was going to be made into a slave, so others could the inheritance, no questions asked. Fortunately, I have resisted the slavery, but I have suffered ongoing attacks by the operatives here, aimed at breaking me down. This is why, I believe, there is such persistence in the attacks. They want the money with no threat of retribution.
There is evidence of everything I have written about here. The terror is invisible, because the memory of its happening is nearly impossible to retrieve. I believe I was lobotomized. It was at the time of the attacks in Burlington, when I became aware of the blank spots where my memory is gone, so events can happen in front of me, and I can’t bring them to awareness.
The homeless community in Portland, Maine, is a gathering place for operatives of the slave trade. They congregate here to trap people into homosexuality and slavery. They do this through torture, rape, and seduction. The guileless get caught in the trap, and their lives are destroyed. Even the people working with the homeless, staff in the shelter and soup kitchen, as well as the law-enforcement, aid and abet the operations.
This community is so controlled by the terror, that people are being raped in the public libraries, in the shopping malls and grocery stores, and on the streets, and nobody does anything about it.
Only those who are part of the terror can actually see it happening, and those who are operating it feel very safe. They believe nobody can get to it.
The employment here is almost, if not totally, exclusive, only for the Jews or their slaves. Anyone who is independent of the Jewish authority, will not have an easy time to find work, if at all. Once they find work, much pressure is put on them to fall into captivity. They will be raped at work, deprived of sleep during their time off, insulted, and suffer occult torture and intimidation at work and at home. If they don’t cooperate, their hours will be reduced until they can’t afford to stay at the job, or they run the risk of being set-up to be fired, or they may simply get laid off for no good reason. Under no circumstances will they be left alone to do their job and make money.
The job and the finances will be manipulated so the independent person never gets on his feet. Quiet pressure is put on the person to submit to the occult commands, and/or to apply for Social Security disability, to get them out of the workforce. It becomes a revolving door back to homelessness and indigence. It creates despair and destroys lives.
People are too embarassed or afraid to speak up about why they are back on the streets, or reluctant to find work. Those who are in the system will deny that anything is wrong.
When a person is taken captive, here is just a little of what happens to him: He will be immediately gang-raped and beaten until he is nearly dead. He will be put through a process of conditioning, in which he will be trained to obey occult commands in an involuntary manner, meaning he will have no power over the physical response of his body to the commands. These commands include forced vomiting, forced defecation and urination. He will also be forced to drink blood and urine, and eat feces and vomit. He will be forced to vomit into his mouth, and then swallow it. He will be forced to engage in homosexual activities. The more “spirited” of the captives may be forced to vomit into paper bags, and then wear the bags over their heads for up to an hour. Some will have their eyes pulled out of the sockets and then put back in, to create excruciating pain.
The forced vomiting and excretion are imposed, so to torment the captive, and to threaten him with making him vomit in public or in very difficult situations, such as when driving a car. He will be put on a leash, and will be forced to crawl around naked on his hands and knees, and bark like a dog. He will be told he is an animal, and he will be forced to vomit on the floor, and then eat it off the floor.
This power the Jew will hold over the Gentile, is sufficient to completely silence him and make him obey anything the Jew commands him to do, including raping and murdering his own children. The captive will be forced to vomit worms, in order to instill in him an absolute dread of his captors. He will be forced to think in very limited, simple terms, unless permitted to do otherwise by his masters.
The Jews actually have “trainers” for the very purpose of subduing the behavior, attitude, and even the capacity to think by the captive Gentile. Many or most of the captives will take on almost a simple, childlike demeanor in their emotions and their words, some with speech inpediments. These are people of very high intelligence, who become intellectually boxed in and treated like animals.
The captive will not be allowed to engage in heterosexual relationships or get married, unless permitted, and will be forced to become homosexual, and engage in homosexual acts at least several times weekly. Homosexuality is used to keep the Gentile subdued, as it breaks the spirit. Many if not all will be forced to engage in prostitution. Many of the captives, if not all, will be sterilized so they can never have children. Their children, if there are any, will immediately be turned over to the masters, to be tortured and conditioned into slavery. Most of them will be sterilized and made into eunichs. The females will have their uteruses manually scraped out of them at the age of ten, and her genitals bitten off. The boys will have their genitals bitten off. Both the boys and girls will have their nipples bitten off in the same ritual of sterilization. Many of the children of the captives will be murdered, some right in front of the silent parents by being manually ripped apart at the hands of the Jew. Other children will end up in dungeons with their arms cut off and their eyes gouged out, to be raped and tortured in occult fornications, and then left to starve to death.
This is just a little of what the captive is forced to go through, both initially, and continuing throughout his life, in “refreshing” sessions. The conditioning scenarios I described above will be repeated at least twice a month through the whole life of the captive. The captives are despairing, and most will end-up as some kind of addict, many will end-up obese, and many will commit suicide. I understand it that all captives of Israel will be expected to be on at least three prescription drugs, at least two being psycho-tropics.
Surely you can understand why I don’t want to fall captive to the Jews. Although I am a victim of the terror, thankfully I haven’t fallen into slavery. I am a witness to the torture, and others have witnessed to me about what they know, and what has happened to them. I want to list a few of the tortures that I have suffered personally: Rape, electric-shock and mental torture, psychological shaming, attempted forced vomiting, forced ingestion of worms, injections of a substance that causes deterioration of the legs and extremities – with the purpose of making me into a paraplegic – sleep deprivation, eye-gouging, brainwashing.
In the witches’ curses, many times, they will pop their eyes during the curse, which transmits to me. This causes painful bulging of my eyeballs. Sometimes they will do this all night when I’m trying to sleep. I have found myself suddenly with one or both eyes swollen and very red and burning, which I suspect is due to some kind of eyedrops, used to intimidate and diffuse my thinking, so to cause disorientation and memory loss. I have no memory of the drops, just the residual effect.
They also will try to barf me in the middle of the night, and while I’m trying to go to sleep. Many times I have awakened thinking I’m about to vomit.
One of the most common curses curses they use is that of shaming. This shaming curse entails the use of occult commands to imprint back onto the victim’s own mind, the emotional response to the rapes he has suffered at the hands of the Jews. This curse will put onto the victim a feeling of profound and ongoing shame, a feeling that can be so devastating it can destroy you. The Jews will do it to the Gentile for any reason they can find, sometimes for no reason at all, just to impose onto him their sense of superiority. This curse provokes the victim to outrage, violence, and despair.
The Jews use this curse as a kind of cattle prod and ongoing torture aimed at breaking the mind, and they use it constantly.
One of the mental tortures I have suffered recently, is that of psychically imposing upon the victim the sensation of parts of their body being rubbed or molested, in a manner that they have little or no resistance to. The psyhic image is so strong, that it feels as if it were actually happening, and there is nothing you can do about it. They can do this to you at any time, and they will catch me in the middle of some other activity, in order to torment me and cause a total distraction from what I am trying to do. It is distressing and humiliating.
Recently, the Jews have used electric shocks on me, and they will do an occult curse utilizing the effects of this, which makes my brain feel as if it will explode, or that it has been severed into segments. This torture causes severe confusion and disorientation, and extreme distress. The curse is serious enough that it could make a person insane. Undoubtedly, it is aimed at breaking my mind. I also believe it is aimed at curtailing my ability to think clearly. I have found myself suffering from memory loss, occasionally even in the middle of a sentence, while I was talking. This is an effect of the torture mentioned above, and is itself a torture.
Several of the curses that are used on me apparently are making use of tortured children, which they use to transfer sensations and feelings into the targeted victim. At times, I can sense their presence and their sorrow. A person has witnessed to me, that these are Gentile children who have been kidnapped from their families, and put into dungeons. Their arms are cut off, or strapped behind their back, and their eyes are gouged out, and they are raped and tortured further, to invoke total chaos and fury in them to transmit to the targeted adult.
Another torture involves the process of pulling a spiked rubber device up out of the stomach by a string, up through and out the nostrils, and then out of the throat. The victim is forced to swallow the device, which is on the end of a long string, and then the string is pulled, bringing the device back out of the stomach. This causes vomiting and gagging. This trauma is perpetuated by occult curses, that make the victim recall the original trauma in the nose and the back of the throat. Technically, this curse is expected to cause the victim to vomit. I don’t vomit, so I just suffer the sensation over and over again of the scraping in my nostrils and in the back of my throat. I believe this particular torture is called the dragon.
People have done this vomiting curse on me for several nights in a row, all night long for prolongued periods of time, so I could never get any rest. I thought I was going to lose my mind. This specific curse is the one that makes me concerned about my ability to find work, as it continues to remain a threat, as long as the people doing it are still around. If someone chose to do this curse on me while I was working, there would be no way I could hold down a job, and I could be endangering myself, simply because of the exhaustion. Sometimes the physical manifestations of this trauma will be that my nostrils may flare, or that I will grimace. Another obvious physical manifestation will be my sleeplessness, the burping, and my being distracted when I am talking to someone, or trying to read.
If a person observes my behavior for any length of time, they will see other physical manifestations of a few of these tortures.
I will twitch and turn my head, as if I’m having some kind of palsey or seizure. This is a manifestation of the brainwashing and the psychological torture of trying to force the victim to think particular thinking patterns. My head turning is a part of my attempt to deflect this forced thinking. They also will try to psychically kiss at me, especially the women, in their ongoing efforts to impose homosexual thinking. My head-turning is also an effort to deflect this.
Another manifestation of the torture is that I burp, which is my deflection of their attempts to force me to vomit in public. When someone recalls the curse with the device in the stomach, I will grimace and my mouth will open, as if the device is being pulled up in the back of my throat. The amount of times I burp should indicate how often they torture me in this way, and for how long. The attacks of attempted forced vomiting have been happening since around 1975. These attacks have occurred for whole days and even throughout the night, both publically and privately. I have witnesses that knew me 30 years ago, who can testify that these attacks were happening to me even at that time. This gives you also a good idea of how incessant and relentless these attacks are.
Another ongoing manifestation of the torture is the fact that I will laugh involunarily, many times during the day. This involuntary laughter began in Burlington, Vermont, back in 1990, when I was 34. I believe that it comes from a form of brainwashing that works at breaking down the mental barrier between individuals, so my mind and body would be more susceptible to occult commands. The original conditioning is torture, and forced laughter is torture.
Another manifestation of the torture is the fact that I am needing to sleep with extra blankets on my legs for warmth, as the injections are causing a deterioration in my legs. If I don’t have enough warmth on my legs at night, I will wake-up with terrible pains in the calves and thighs.
The shelter staff tried to aggravate this situation even further, by suddenly passing an arbitrary rule that I couldn’t use enough blankets to keep me warm. Thankfully I was able to address the situation appropriately. Many days my legs are weak and stiff, due to these injections, and I will have to walk with a kind of limp, in a shaky and unstable manner. This, also, is obvious to someone observing me.
Another manifestation is that my eyes bulge now, where before they didn’t. My eyes have been pulled out during the torture and brainwashing, either as a torture, or to lobotomize. The bulging indicates an eye gouging of some kind. Just a few weeks ago, I awoke with pains in both of my eyes. When I looked in the mirror, I had bruises under each eye, indicating that someone had pushed or pulled on my eyeballs somehow.
I want you to think of what I have just written, concerning the tortures. Please be aware that I still have a voice to talk about events that have happened to me, and because of this, the Jews have to minimize their attacks, to keep them covert and unaddressable. Please think about what they would be willing and able to do to someone who has been silenced, so the terror operates behind the wall of invisibility. Think about what they would do to me if I submitted to the torture, and became silenced like all their other victims, especially after all this grief I have cause them by speaking the truth about their operations, and the grief I am threatening to cause them in the future if I can get out of here in one piece.
I am requesting funding so I can leave this community, and distribute pamphlets and other forms of communications that testify what has happened to me, concerning this torture that no one seems willing to do anything about. I am a witness who, through God’s mercy, has remained capable of speaking the truth about these events, and others that people have testified to me.
Most people have been silenced by the terror, and are unable to come forward.
This is a very significant event, indeed, that a person has such a capacity for speaking the truth about the deep and the shadow terror. What a waste it would be to allow my voice to be silenced.
I also would like to write a book about my experiences since 1990, when much of all of this horror began for me.
I need to be able to travel, so that the people who are terrorizing would have a difficult time following me to continue the tortures. I know from personal experience, that generally the instigators of the terror must work in groups. It takes a while for them to set up their coven activities in a particular location. They also are deathly afraid of being obvious, and they don’t want their motives and actions to be apparent. I believe that only through continuous travel for a period of time, could I avoid them to the point that I can work on my testimony. It would be difficult for the group of ten to twenty (to fifty) to continue following after me.
I also need to get out, because I want to get out of the camp that they have set-up here for their attack. The more they maneuver to establish power and numbers in this community, the more unsafe I become. As I understand it, they take turns, replacing the ones in the group who need to rest and get away for awhile, and more trained operatives from Tel Aviv move in to support the ones who are already here. Apparently, I’m proving to be a tough nut to crack for them, but they seem determined to destroy.
Regardless to their insistence to the contrary, the Israeli presence here must be perceived as an occupying army, and the Geneva Conventions apply to their actions on American soil. These Jews in the homeless community here are highly-trained operatives, who are here to engage in psychological torture and terror against the American Gentiles. Most of these, if not all, have been trained in Israel. This attack is a military assignment, aimed at subduing the Gentile population, before complete Israeli takeover.
“Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.”(Is. 54:15)
Below I have included a short discussion of the various violations of the Fourth Geneva Convention Concerning The Treatment of Civilians In Time Of War. I speak of all these violations, because our government is doing nothing to deal with what is happening here.
The bottom line, is that slavery, torture, and genocide are occurring on American soil, and the U.S. Government is implicitly, if not overtly, supporting this. These violations of the Geneva Convention are not to mention the violations I have encountered of U.S. Federal statutes and codes, as well as the American Constitution.
Our own nation fought the bloodiest war in the history of our democracy, in order to eradicate the institution of slavery from our midst. Technically, according to the conditons laid out in the establishment of our nation, our own Federal government has ceased to be the legitimate authority over its own citizens, as it has relinquished all responsiblity in executing justice in this catastrophic situation, according to the dictates of our own Constitution. The institution of slavery has been established again as the norm by the Talmudic Jewish authority. Most people understood in this nation one hundred and fifty years ago, that the institution of slavery was wrong. Now it has quietly moved in over all our country in the form of a covert terror and shadow authority. No one seems willing at all to address this issue, and humanity is on the brink of a total catastrophe because of it.
It is imperative that action be taken, to acknowledge and assess the significance of the presence of occult terror and violence worldwide, regardless of its invisibility. If this isn’t done, the human species is heading toward extinction. Occult terror is real, and it destroys lives. It is devastating for all concerned. I want the chance to stand as a voice against the terror and oppression.

I want to mention some of the conditions and violations of the Convention that I have encountered, as well as some of the other statutes that apply, including the violations against the Geneva Convention on Genocide.
Second paragraph of Article 2, tells us that even if there is no armed resistance, and only partial occupation, these Articles apply. Paragraph 3 tells us any of the Powers that are party to the Convention are bound by it. Both Israel and the United States are bound by this Convention.
Paragraph One, of Section 3, tells us that Contracting parties engaged in an armed conflict, must provide minimum provisions to non-active persons. As the Israelis have been allowed through secret negotiations to carry concealed weapons, and as they are engaging in shadow aggressions against American civilians, this provision pertains to my circumstances in Portland, Maine.
Section One of Article 3, tells us that all people who are not taking an active part in the hostilities must be treated humanely. All violence, torture and rape, are a complete violation. Part (c) of this section, tells us that “outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humilating and degrading treatment”, are prohibited. This includes all occult aggressions and shaming, which is an ongoing standard in this community.
On top of this, you will find the enforcing upon the Gentiles in this community, of what may be called “Jewish privilege”, which is the act of bestowing of favors onto people who are known to be of Jewish bloodline. Among other favors I am not fully in touch with, this will include the allowance of extra access to services in the community that the Gentiles are not allowed, including extra food at mealtime, extra time to shower in the shelter, different medications from the homeless clinic, and access to different facilities in the shelter, and special allowances for the Jews, such as allowing them to have their personal blankets, when the Gentiles are not.
Maneuvers are made to establish these favors for the Jews here, in a manner so the Gentiles are unable to complain about it. Also, I understand it that the staff as well as city employess here are actually trained to show favoritism and partiality to the Jews, in manners so that the Gentile can’t adequately note how it is happening, so he will be unable to complain. This can be seen in times of conflict, as the Jews will instigate aggressions and fights, and the Gentile will be left confused and humiliated, because the authority that intervenes will show partiality to the Jew. These forms of privileges serve also to provoke the Gentile to outrage and despair, and become a physical endangerment for the Gentile, to the point of being fatal.
Article 6, Paragraph 5, states that there shall be no special agreement between parties, that will override the rights as established by the Covention. This means that although the Jews believe it is their right to rape and torture Gentiles, there can be no agreement between our Federal Government and Israel, that can allow the Jews this right, even if a statute has been passed in Congress, or a secret agreement has been made, between Israel and the Pentagon or the White House. Apparently, the Jews/Israelis believe that if some secret accord has been made between them and the Federal Government, guaranteeing protection while they commit their atrocities, this is binding. It is not binding, nor are any statutes passed by Congress that establish any real Talmudic authority over the American Government.
Paragraph 5 of Article 11 tells us that no agreement between Powers can nullify the provisions of the Convention, regardless of the limitations of freedom of one of the Powers due to military events. The United States is obligated to abide by the provisions of the Convention, and allow intervention by a third neutral party. This means, also, that if the U.N. is invited to intervene, then the United States is obligated to allow them to address the situation at hand, since the U.S. government appears unwilling to take any action against it. This is true in spite of the possibility of secret agreements between the U.S. and Israel, regarding Jewish authority and privileges.
Article 12 tells us that if there is disagreement about the provisions of the Convention, the protecting Power should offer a place where the disagreement can be discussed. This means that a nation such as Switzerland or Germany, or the United Nations, must be seen as obligated to intervene and offer its services in resolving these violations of the Geneva Convention that I have described. This also means, that if I request this intervention, on account of the possibility that one or both parties to the torture are denying that it is occurring, one of these neutral nations or institutions is required to take action.
Article 15, requires that there be a neutral region where non-combattants and the elderly, the children and the sick can find shelter and food, away from the aggressions. This means that measures be taken to ensure that all Israeli operatives leave the homeless shelter and homeless community in Portland, or else effort must be made to remove the Gentile victims, and find them adequate living arrangements away from the aggressions. If the Jews are in the area at all, they are here most likely in order to engage in occult terror and torture, even when their presence isn’t obvious. This means that measures must be taken to ban them completely from the community, or provide for safe shelter for the Gentiles.
Article 16 establishes special consideration for the wounded, sick, and infirm. As I have apparently been lobotomized so that the Jews can inflict their shadow terror and rapes against me, and as I am walking with a limp many times, due to the injections, I must be considered one of these infirm, and I demand special consideration. I am also suffering from increasing mental tortures, loss of memory, and emotional and physical shock due to the rapes, electric shocks, and psychological tortures. I am exposed daily to grave danger.
Article 17 states entirely,
“The Parties to the conflict shall endeavour to conclude local agreements for the removal from besieged or encircled areas, of wounded, sick, infirm, and aged persons, children and maternity cases, and for the passage of ministers of all religions, medical personnel and medical equipment on their way to such areas.” Again, action must be taken to remove the Gentiles from the area.
Article 25 tells us that people are entitled to receive information about personal family matters. I suspect that my mail has been pulled from my mailbox, including correspondance from family members and friends in Oklahoma, including possible information about my parents’ estate and my inheritance. I have been denied access to information from the outside of the Portland area. Evidence of this fact could easily be found by talking to family members and friends. It is also very possible, that I have been denied access to other monies available to me, through possible job offers and commissions for my freelance work, by withholding or pulling my mail, email, and phone calls. Again, there is evidence for my claim here.
Article 27, mandates that protected persons be treated with respect for their person and their family rights. Paragraph 2 prohibits any indecent assault against women, or attack against their honour. Obviously, again, the ongoing rapes are a violation of this Article. Paragraph 3 prohibits, again, any discrepency between people, based on race, religion, or political opinion. This means that any form of preferential treatment for Jews as opposed to Gentiles is a violation of the Geneva Convention.
Article 29 tells us the state in whose hands the protected persons are placed, is responsible for the treatment of those individuals, regardless of the individual responsiblity of the agents involved. Both the U.S. and Israel are accountable for the behavior of their operatives on American soil, including their torture of American citizens.
Article 31 states that the protected person is not to be coerced morally or physically, in order to obtain information. I truly believe that blackouts have been manipulated so to obtain information from me. Also, as these people believe that I am some kind of host of God, they have employed specific psychic mentalists who will stay up at nights trying to glean information from my subconscious while I am asleep. I have awakened in the middle of the night during one of these sessions.
Article 32 prohibits any kind of physical mistreatment of protected persons. This would include the electric shock and the injections, not to mention the rapes and the physical torture and the forced ingestion of worms. This would also include the serving of feces, urine, insects and human flesh in the soup kitchen.
Article 33 tells us that the plan to eat my flesh, on account of the events of the Holocaust, is prohibited. I say this lightly, but the threat is actually very real. This is apparently one of the reasons why the Jews are collecting here, and why I have been trapped in the community. They do apparently see me as the “host” of God, and therefore, for them, responsible for the Holocaust. They have just been waiting for the appropriate time to take action. I wanted to include this, to show a bit of the insanity of the Jew’s reasoning.
Article 35 tells us that those wishing to leave a particular area of conflict may leave with their possessions. I have the right to leave this community. Unfortunately, I have very limited access to funds for leaving, as I have limited access to earning money. I wish to leave, but I need an outside source of money to do so.
The second paragraph of Article 35 states that those who are refused permission to leave the territory shall have this reconsidered by an appropriate board. I have been raped at work, and before work, and treated in a manner so that I am reluctant to try and find work in this community. I have been denied my phone calls and email messages, the phone calls for years, even at times when I was looking for work. Likewise my mail has been pulled. This means essentially I have been refused permission to leave the territory, as I have been denied the access to funds to do so. I am being kept as a hostage by Israel.
Concerning The Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide:
Article 2, section (b) tells us that causing serious mental harm to members of a group is an act of genocide. This would include the mental control that the Jews exercise over their slaves they have captured. The mental control is tortured and raped into them, and then perpetuated through psychic terror and rape. An effort has been made to do this to me, through the same methods.
Article 2, section (d) tells us that the effort to prevent births withing a group is genocide. This would include the effort to make people into homosexuals for their slave trade. I am a victim of and witness to this effort to make the Gentiles into homosexual slaves. Also, once the Gentile has been made captive, they will be coerced into becoming sterilzed. I know people who can testify to this.
Article 3 tells us that any effort to commit genocide will be punishable. This means that any attempt to recruit people into homosexuality must be seen as attempt to commit genocide, (section (d)), as homosexuality is slavery.
Article 4 tells us that persons committing genocide or any attempts, will be punished.
There are probably a good number of violations that I have missed in this letter, including International Laws against slavery.

re: Susan Smith and insurance fraud case
To Whom It May Concern,
I am requesting the help of the United Nations in securing legal representation for my cases. The reason why I am requesting this from the U.N. is because the issues that I am faced with entail the involvment of at least one foriegn government, Israel, and its influence on specific institutions and individuals in this country who have denied me my civil rights, as well as who have stolen significant property from me and endangered my life.
I have a number of legal issues that are very connected to the central issue of my right to secure the money that belongs to me through an inheritance, and most of these issues entail the fact that I am a Gentile, and currently it appears that nobody in this nation has the ability to represent me in court, or to take any professional action on my behalf. The reason why nobody has the ability to do this, is because Israel operates by a different set of standards than the nations of the world, and insists on their right to enslave the Gentiles, and to deny all their rights to property and self-determination, and this nation is operating now under Talmudic authority.
Obviously, the non-Jewish nations of the world can see the implicit catastrophe this is leading to, if this denial of rights to all non-Jews continues unaddressed and unabated for any extended length of time. What we are looking at in the cases I want to take to court are the threat of the total destruction of economic rights and freedoms for the Gentiles, to be replaced with societies operating on slavery and terror.
In my case we are looking at major financial institutions with very respectable names in this nation and worldwide, and on whom people have put enough trust that they use these institutions as investment houses where they put their life savings, in the assumption that there is a guaranteed return on this investment for their offspring or other designated recipient when the time arrived. Instead, these respected and well-known national and international insurance companies have taken it upon themselves to deny these savings and investments that had been entrusted to them, presumedly in order to embezzle them to filter them into the Israeli economy in order to buy luxuries for Jews, and for weapons to help them kill innocent people. At the same time, through this same network of embezzlement, I have been not only denied my inheritance, I have been terrorized into homelessness and cornered into a community where I have suffered a systematic attack of rape and tortures, to the point of extreme psychological tortures, with the intent of enslaving me and silencing me, so they can kill me. In this way, I am to be removed from the society, and the money will go to the murderers with absolutely no redress.
All of this has been happening to me for the last fifteen years, and is very emblematic of what is happening in this nation, due to the chokehold of the clandestine Israeli occupation here, and it serves as a sign of what is happening worldwide. In addition to what is happening here, is the fact that nobody seems willing or able to do anything to make this collapse stop, or address these issues in any manner whatsoever. I am being tortured to death, and nobody is doing anything about it. I have been trying to enlist the help of attorneys, anyone who had any ability to represent me in court. The cases I have presented to them are clear cut, obviously non-payment of insurance monies, rights to my inheritance, as well as specific recent abuses in the shelter I have been staying. Yet, as obvious as these cases are, it has become very dangerous for anyone even to think of handling them, since I am a Gentile and not a slave, and free Gentiles are not being allowed fair representation in court, if any representation. Free Gentiles are being pushed out of the society altogether, to die.
Even as I have been writing the different attorneys, I have sensed that there has been a serious effort on the part of the Jewish/Israeli community to obstruct my chances to push this issue through, so I can get my inheritance and so I can leave this area and even this country. Apparently, for the Jews, my gaining what is rightfully mine is something to be taken very seriously and to be fought at all costs. What has been denied to me, in addition to my inheritance and my voice in court, is even my right to financial independence and a career of my choosing, and I have found my efforts to make money outside of the Jewish slave authority be denied and manipulated into non-existence, in order to keep me penniless and at constant risk of despairing from the torture and consequently falling into captivity.
The tortures I have been suffering are being instigated by Israeli operatives, under the auspices and protection of the United States Pentagon and the White House. This is evidence of the Israeli occupation. American Constitutional Law, not to mention International Law are being changed and distorted and denied in order to show favor for the Talmudic Jew in Talmudic court, called the “Beth Din”, or “House of Sorcery”. This is disasterous for all the nations, and our sense of justice and our trust in legal systems are going to be destroyed, in order to placate the Talmudic Jews. According to Talmudic law, all court cases and estate settlements are to be found in favor for the Jews, and against the Gentiles.
All I am requesting of the United Nations at this time is that you try and use whatever influence you have, or can use, in order to convince the legal community to take my set of cases to bring them to trial.
I am a law abiding American citizen, and I am being tortured to death, my civil rights are being denied, and I am being treated as an enemy by my own government, and nobody is doing anything about what is happening to me. Our own institutions of justice and defense are pretending that this isn’t happening.
In addition to this, I am a singular voice of truth about Jewish terror and tortures, and if my voice is silenced, there may be nobody to replace it. I am the only person who is speaking about the Jewish practice of child torture, as well as about Jewish guilt in the Holocaust and in their occupation of Palestine, according to the words of their own Law. Undoubtedly, this spirit of truth is another reason why Israel is trying hard to silence me.
Undoubtedly, I am not the only victim of this increasing violence and terror, and I definitely will not be the last, especially if nothing is done here. Already I have heard voices of despair among the Gentile lawyers, wondering why in the world are they even practicing the law, if the whole legal system is being reordered so only the Jews are to be shown favor. What is the point? What is the point of studying the law on the books, products of a rationally founded government and Constitution, and trying to present the most reasonable arguments according to these laws? What is the point, when all will be usurped and overridden by shadow laws of terror and privilege, barbarian laws that will never even be admitted to, no matter how the cases are decided?
Again, I am requesting that the United Nations do whatever it can to help bring this event to trial. I have no doubt that this has far reaching repercussions for many people in the world.
Also, I have become an enemy of my own Government, for no reason except that I am not Jewish, and I am being tortured and denied my civil rights because of this. I am requesting again that the United Nations grant me asylum through your organization and one of your host nations. Also, I am being systematically denied access even to self-determination through free enterprise or my own career, which keeps me bound here as a hostage, a helpless victim that the Jews can take pot shots at with their tortures. I am requesting that the United Nations consider offering me a grant to get away from here, through your victims’ relief funds.
I will be sending along with this letter, the letters I have already sent to various attorneys, that help to clarify different aspects of the cases.
